NFL owners approved the Oakland Raiders' plan for a new $1.8-billion stadium in Las Vegas during Tuesday's league meetings, according to Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The Las Vegas Stadium Authority will review the project's final details Wednesday morning, added Gehlken.
The Raiders intend to remain in Oakland for the next two seasons before moving into their new Nevada home.
Construction is scheduled to be completed on Aug. 1, 2020.
