John O'Korn: I'm the most NFL-ready QB in the draft

The 2018 NFL Draft lacks a consensus top quarterback, with the likes of Sam Darnold, Josh Rosen, and Baker Mayfield vying to be the first signal-caller off the board.

One name that isn't under consideration is Michigan's John O'Korn, as teams seek prospects with high upsides and a strong resume as a starter. But for those looking for someone who could start from Day 1, O'Korn believes he's top of the class.

"Honestly, I think I'm the most NFL-ready quarterback in this draft just as far as terminology, and knowing what to do on a day-to-day basis, game-planning," O'Korn said, according to Angelique S. Chengelis of The Detroit Press.

"I was part of the game-plan meetings with coach Harbaugh, coach (Pep) Hamilton, the whole staff, coach (Tim) Drevno, all last fall, so just on a day-to-day basis what it takes to be an NFL quarterback, I think I would choose myself over any other guy in this draft in that regard."

While O'Korn isn't a lock to be drafted after tossing just two touchdowns and six interceptions as a part-time starter under Jim Harbaugh, it appears he has the necessary confidence to try to make his NFL dream a reality regardless of what happens on April 26.
