The New York Jets have agreed to terms on a contract with free-agent wide receiver Terrelle Pryor, sources told Calvin Watkins of Newsday Sports.

Pryor only took visits with the Jets and Seattle Seahawks before arriving at his decision after spending one season with the Washington Redskins. The 28-year-old was hampered by injuries in 2017, catching just 20 passes for 240 yards with one touchdown through nine games.

Entering the league in 2011, the former quarterback converted to full-time receiver in 2016 with the Cleveland Browns. He had over 1,000 receiving yards on 77 catches with four touchdowns while filling in as a passer when needed.

Pryor joins a Jets offense that had the 24th-best passing attack last season and has also added quarterback Teddy Bridgewater. Pryor will have to prove he's healthy and battle it out for a starting spot with Quincy Enunwa, Jermaine Kearse, and Robby Anderson.
