Bryant hits back after negative comments flood Instagram post

Warning: Story contains coarse language

Dez Bryant is apparently sick of the trolls.

The Cowboys receiver - whose future is uncertain after he said in January that he wouldn't take a pay cut to stay in Dallas - posted a seemingly innocuous photo of himself on Instagram. The post's caption simply read, "X" - a reference to Bryant's signature celebration.

However, despite no obvious trigger, the comments were critical enough to draw a curse-laden, since-deleted response from Bryant on Twitter.

"WTF are wrong with you people? I posted a f---ing picture ... s--- starting to piss me off now ... it's me in a Dallas Cowboys uniform ... where I belong ... get a life please lol," Bryant tweeted.

"You used to be the man I believed in you bought your jersey now I’m embarrassed to put your jersey on it’s sad but hopefully you take a a pay cut and help the team," one commenter wrote.

"Throw up the x cuz you about to get cut," wrote another.

While a lot of remarks were negative, many Cowboys fans posted their support for the star pass-catcher.

Advised to stop reading comments (always a good piece of advice), Bryant said he was being bothered through text, too.
