Derrius Guice believes he's an elite option in this year's class of running backs at the NFL combine, and he's not afraid to let teams know how he feels.

The former LSU running back put his confidence on display during media interviews Thursday, declaring that every team that passes him over in April's draft will rue that decision, according to Aaron Wilson of The Houston Chronicle.

"If you don't draft me, I'm going to give your defense hell," Guice said. "As a runner between the tackles, in my opinion, there's no one better than me in that area. Point blank."

When asked who his best on-field NFL comparison was, Guice didn't hesitate to mention one of the league's most imposing forces: Marshawn Lynch.

"Beastmode, Skittle Man," Guice said. "I see anger, man. I see somebody who refuses to go down. When I run, I really think about him every time. And when I go back and watch him, I'm like, 'Man, I really run like this dude.' It's crazy."
