Russian team favored to capture gold in men's hockey

With the most recognizable names on its roster, it should come as no surprise that the Russian men's hockey team has been coined the favorite to capture gold in men's hockey at PyeongChang 2018 by oddsmakers.
While the team won't bear its country's colors due to the doping sanctions from the IOC, the Olympic Athletes from Russia squad features prominent former NHLers such as Ilya Kovalchuk and Pavel Datsyuk, among others.
