World War II veteran Lawrence Brooks is headed to the Super Bowl thanks to New Orleans Saints defensive lineman Cam Jordan.
The Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee presented the 108-year-old Saints fan with Super Bowl tickets via Facetime, according to WGNO.
“I just thought I’d say thank you for everything you do, your military service back in your younger days," Jordan said on the call. "I appreciate everything you do."
Brooks was born Sept. 12, 1909 and served in the 91st Engineer Battalion stationed in New Guinea and the Philippines.
The news comes on the heels of Roger Goodell surprising 99-year-old Minnesota Vikings fan Millie Wall with Super Bowl tickets earlier this month.
