The Arizona Cardinals are hiring Al Holcomb as their defensive coordinator, a source told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
Holcomb has served as the linebackers coach for the Carolina Panthers from 2013-17.
Former Panthers defensive coordinator Steve Wilks was named the Cardinals head coach on Jan. 22, and it appears he's bringing his staff with him.
James Bettcher, who served as Arizona's defensive coordinator from 2015-17, joined the New York Giants in the same capacity.
