Eagles invite 99-year-old fan to NFC Championship
The Minnesota Vikings aren't the only NFL team with a 99-year-old superfan.
After the Vikings surprised Millie Wall with tickets to their divisional-round game, Josh Potter tweeted a photo of his grandpa, 99-year-old Philadelphia Eagles fan Philip Basser, who, like Wall, is hoping to see his team win a Super Bowl before his 100th birthday.
My 99yr old grandpa Phil (turning 100 in march) has lived in Philadelphia since 1918 and has never seen an Eagles Super Bowl. Looks like we got a battle of the centenarians! pic.twitter.com/yEvyd37W9n

The tweet caught the attention of the Eagles, who invited Basser and his grandson to attend Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Vikings.
The #Vikings may have Millie but we have Phil!

Basser considers himself a "gentleman," so he passed on the opportunity to throw some digs at Wall ahead of Sunday.
"We are friendly competitors," Basser told PhillyVoice's Daniel Craig through his grandson. "That said, I would say to Millie: 'I wish for a thrilling game.' To the Vikings, I would say: 'Better luck next time!'"
