Panthers announce hiring of Norv Turner as offensive coordinator

The Carolina Panthers announced the hiring of Norv Turner as offensive coordinator Friday.
The two sides had reportedly reached an agreement in principle Thursday evening.
Turner most recently served as offensive coordinator of the Minnesota Vikings from 2014-16. His last head coaching job was with the San Diego Chargers from 2007-12.
