The Green Bay Packers continue to get rebuffed in their search for a new general manager.

Oakland Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie rejected an interview request from the Packers, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

McKenzie will stay with the Raiders and is expected to work with reported new head coach Jon Gruden.

He's been general manager of the Raiders since 2012, but worked with the Packers from 1994-2012, starting as a scout and working his way up to director of football operations by the end of his tenure.

The Packers stripped longtime general manager Ted Thompson of that title at the conclusion of the 2017 regular season.
