The Nashville Predators will be without forward Filip Forsberg for the next four-to-six weeks as he recovers from an upper-body injury, the team announced Wednesday.
Forsberg sustained the injury Dec. 29 against the Minnesota Wild and has been out of the lineup for the past two games.
It's a key loss for the Predators, as Forsberg leads the team with 34 points.
Prior to 2017-18, the 23-year-old had played all 82 games in three consecutive seasons in Nashville, with his last missed game coming in 2014.
