The New York Giants will interview defensive coordinator/interim head coach Steve Spagnuolo for their head coaching position Wednesday, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports.
Spagnuolo was named interim head coach Dec. 4 after the Giants fired Ben McAdoo.
The 58-year-old has served as the Giants' defensive coordinator since January 2015 after previously holding the job from 2007-08, helping the team win Super Bowl XLII over the previously undefeated New England Patriots in 2007.
Spagnuolo was the St. Louis Rams' head coach from 2009-11, compiling a 10-38 record in three seasons.
New York will interview New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels on Friday.
