Rob Gronkowski did something Sunday that he had never done before in his career: finished a season with 69 catches, his favorite number.
The New England Patriots tight end was thrilled to share his season result.
Hey Rob Gronkowski, did you know how many catches you finished with this year? pic.twitter.com/ivbllH99iJ

But was the stat really as coincidental as it might seem?
Not only was Sunday the first game of the year in which Gronkowski didn't have a catch, it was also the first game of the year in which he wasn't even targeted.
Would you put it past Gronkowski to ask Tom Brady, "Hey man, can you do me a favor?"
