Houston Texans star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins will officially miss the first game of his career Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, being ruled inactive due to a calf injury that was expected to be a game-time decision.
Despite missing Week 17, Hopkins is likely to lead the league in receiving touchdowns (13) and has already reached his second-best career mark in yards (1,378).
The 4-11 Texans will likely start Braxton Miller in place of Hopkins alongside Will Fuller. Chris Thompson and Cobi Hamilton should also be in line for expanded roles.
