A coaching change in Tennessee could be on the horizon, regardless if head coach Mike Mularkey guides his team to the playoffs for the first time in nine years, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

It would appear Mularkey's job would only be safe if the Titans, who enter Sunday's must-win game losers of three straight, were to advance past the first round.

Frustration has mounted over the lack of development with quarterback Marcus Mariota, who has performed to a 78.6 passer rating with a career-high 15 interceptions in 2017.

Mularkey's offensive scheme has been criticized throughout the season as the veteran head coach has refused to give 23-year-old Derrick Henry (4.7 YPC) an extended look, keeping the less effective DeMarco Murray (3.6 YPC) as the lead running back. Entering Sunday, the Titans place 16th in the league with 114.5 rushing yards per game.
