Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians has denied that he and the club have agreed to part ways after Sunday's season-ending game.
A report in Pro Football Weekly broke Thursday that the coach's tenure was coming to an end, but Arians responded by claiming he's yet to make a decision regarding his future.
"Never heard of the (reporter)," Arians told USA Today's Jarrett Bell in a text message Tuesday. "Nothing decided."
Arians has been with the Cardinals for five seasons, compiling an impressive 48-30-1 record, and winning NFL Coach of the Year in 2014. Arizona's been hammered with injuries this season, currently sitting 7-8 on the campaign and out of the playoffs.
The 65-year-old is under contract with the club through the 2018 season.
