Texas Tech's Coutee declares for 2018 NFL Draft
Texas Tech will be looking to fill a significant void in its receiving corps next season, as leading wideout Keke Coutee announced Sunday that he is declaring for the 2018 NFL Draft.
"Red Raider Nation, With so much though and prayer through this difficult process, I have decided to enter the 2018 NFL Draft," Coutee wrote on Instagram. "This was such a difficult decision I had to make for me and my family. Thank you all for an amazing three years at the best university there is. Lubbock will always have a special place in my heart and I will always call Lubbock home."
Coutee finished the season as the No. 2 leading receiver in the country, hauling in 93 catches for 1,429 yards and 10 touchdowns. He capped off his collegiate career with an 11-catch, 187-yard performance in the Red Raiders' 38-34 defeat to South Florida in the Birmingham Bowl.
