UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen would reportedly be hesitant to declare for this year's draft if the Cleveland Browns intend to take him with the No. 1 overall pick, and would prefer to be drafted by the New York Giants, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Giants currently own the second overall pick.

The young pivot has yet to announce whether he will leave UCLA for the NFL, though he reportedly won't play in the Cactus Bowl because of doctor's orders.

Rosen plans to have a "serious conversation" with his parents over his future football plans, and Cleveland owning the top pick in the draft would likely be a factor in his decision, added Schefter.

The 0-14 Browns are all but assured of landing the No. 1 overall pick, with the Giants two games ahead with two games remaining.
