Carolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson is selling the team amid allegations of workplace misconduct, but one of his star players still wants Richardson to go out on top.
Luke Kuechly said Thursday that he hopes the Panthers win the Super Bowl this season to give the owner a fitting send-off, according to ESPN's David Newton.

Richardson's reportedly accused of sexually harassing women who worked for the team and directing a racial slur toward an African-American scout.
The Panthers announced the owner's decision to sell Sunday, and Sean "Diddy" Combs has made it clear he's interested in buying the team, with the help of unemployed quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
