In what's become an annual tradition, Cam Newton traveled across Charlotte on Tuesday to give away thousands of dollars to those in need and spread some holiday cheer.
This year's "Santa Cam's Surprise Sleigh" event saw the Carolina Panthers quarterback donate $15,750 to a local middle school, $25,000 to the Second Harvest Food Bank, 200 fleece blankets to homebound seniors, $25,000 to a school-based mobile pantry program, and $500 Food Lion gift cards to 25 families.
