Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin is inactive for Monday's game against the rival Atlanta Falcons.

Martin is being made a healthy scratch for violating a rule pertaining to a team meeting, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The violation is described as minor, and he's expected to play the last two games of the season.

Peyton Barber will move into the starting role after he racked up 58 rushing yards on 12 carries last week. He has 160 rushing yards on 35 carries with 46 receiving yards on five receptions over his past two games.

Martin has just 402 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 129 carries through nine games, adding 84 receiving yards while catching nine of 18 targets.
