The Edmonton Oilers will have their No. 1 netminder back when they take on the Minnesota Wild on Saturday, as Cam Talbot was activated off injured reserve on Friday.

Talbot's upper-body injury had kept him sidelined for the past seven games - a stretch that saw the Oilers go 3-4-0 with Laurent Brossoit manning the crease.
The 30-year-old's return comes at a key time for the Oilers, as the club currently sits with the second-worst record in the Western Conference. The team will play five of its next six games at home, and with five of those coming against Western Conference foes, Edmonton will have a chance to claw its way up the standings.
