Prayers up: NFL community sends well-wishes to Wentz
It's not just the Philadelphia Eagles that lost Carson Wentz for the season.
The entire NFL lost one of its rising stars Monday when the quarterback was ruled out for the remainder of the campaign due to a torn ACL. Players from around the league sent their prayers to the second-year sensation via Twitter.

Praying for a speedy recovery for @cj_wentz this morning. This game is so unpredictable. So many injured this year and every other. In wins or losses, injury or health, success or failure we live and move for an Audience of One! Keep letting your light shine brother!

A couple of Wentz's teammates chimed in as well.

#11 is the man. Pure and simple. He will be missed and we will support our brother!! But I believe in Nick. Played with him in StL. Also saw him have an historic year in Philly. Everyone’s just gotta take it up a notch!!! 🦅🦅🦅
