Running back Adrian Peterson will miss his second straight game Sunday when the Arizona Cardinals take on the Tennessee Titans due to an ailing neck, head coach Bruce Arians announced.
The injury, which forced Peterson to miss last week's loss to the Los Angeles Rams, doesn't require surgery, according to Josina Anderson of ESPN.
The 32-year-old has rushed for 448 yards and two touchdowns in six games since being acquired by the Cardinals, averaging 3.5 yards per carry.
Arizona owns a 5-7 record and sits third in the NFC West.
