LeBron says Carson Wentz is his favorite NFL player to watch
Carson Wentz is on fire this season, and the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback's stellar play has earned him the attention of the King.
Arguably the favorite to earn the MVP award, Wentz took his league-leading passing touchdown tally to 28 during Sunday's 31-3 destruction of the Chicago Bears - and like the entire NFL world, LeBron James can't get enough of watching the young pivot light it up.
"I've got three guys that I love watching play: Tom Brady, Antonio Brown mixed with Le'Veon Bell - they're on the same team so I get an opportunity to watch the same guys at the same time - and my favorite player right now is Carson Wentz," said the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar, according to Jessica Camerato of NBC Sports Philadelphia.
Wentz has taken a gigantic leap forward in his development this season, one that very few saw coming following an inconsistent rookie campaign.
