The New Orleans Saints announced Friday that top cornerbacks Marshon Lattimore and Ken Crawley won't play in Sunday's key game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Lattimore didn't practice due to an ankle injury, while Crawley is nursing an abdomen ailment.

The Saints will now have to contend with the Rams' fifth-ranked offense with P.J. Williams, De'Vante Harris, and Sterling Moore handling most of the coverage responsibilities.

The Saints (8-2) and Rams (7-3) enter Week 12 as the current No. 3 and No. 4 seeds, respectively, in the NFC. They're both chasing the Philadelphia Eagles, who sit at 9-1 and own the top seed in the conference.

Both New Orleans and Los Angeles also own one-game leads in their respective divisions, making Sunday's head-to-head battle the biggest game of the week across the league.
