Alshon Jeffery found his way into headlines last January - while still a member of the Chicago Bears - when he guaranteed a Super Bowl victory.
While Jeffery was laughed at by many for his lofty expectations at the time, the now Philadelphia Eagle is the one getting a chuckle out of it, given his current situation.
"I never said a team, though," he said on Tuesday regarding his Super Bowl prediction, according to ESPN's Tim McManus.
The 9-1 Eagles will host Jeffrey's former squad, which currently sits last in the NFC North, on Sunday.
