Three NFL players made Forbes' 30 Under 30 list for sports personalities - Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford, Atlanta Falcons receiver Julio Jones, and Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor.

Stafford, 29, became the highest-paid player in NFL history when he signed his five-year, $135-million contract before the season.

Jones, 28, made an appearance in the Super Bowl and invested in a $200-million real estate development near Atlanta that will bring retail space, apartments, and a 21-story hotel and condominium to the area.

Chancellor, 29, also signed a lucrative three-year, $36-million deal.

Among the other personalities on the list were Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve, boxer Canelo Alvarez, Nashville Predators defenseman P.K. Subban, San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard, and UFC champion Amanda Nunes.
