The good news keeps on coming for New Jersey Devils forward Brian Boyle, as the rugged pivot scored his first goal of the season Thursday night - his first tally since being diagnosed with leukemia.
Boyle missed the first 10 games of the season due to the illness, but has now played in New Jersey's last five games.
The 32-year-old was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia, a form of treatable bone marrow cancer, in September.
