Colin Kaepernick's lawyer, Mark Geragos, believes the free-agent quarterback won't be looking for work much longer.

"I think within the next 10 days somebody will sign him," Geragos said in a Tuesday appearance on "The Adam Carolla Show," according to Scott Gleeson of USA TODAY Sports. "I think somebody's going to sign him. I think the NFL has to come to their senses, and realize every day that goes by just proves the collusion case even more."

Based on Geragos' timeline, he expects Kaepernick to be signed by Nov. 10.

Geragos is representing the veteran pivot in his collusion lawsuit against the NFL and team owners.

Kaepernick filed the grievance Oct. 15 after failing to land with a team since opting out of his deal with the San Francisco 49ers in March. He protested during the national anthem all season in 2016.
