Report: Browns trying to trade for offensive weapons ahead of deadline
Tommy Gilligan / USA TODAY Sports
The Browns are 0-7, primarily due to to their lackluster offense, and Cleveland is reportedly looking for much-needed reinforcements ahead of Tuesday's trade deadline.
The Browns are looking to trade for a deep-ball threat and help at running back, a league source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Only the Miami Dolphins have scored fewer points per game than Cleveland this season, and their lack of talent on offense is making it difficult to assess the capabilities of rookie quarterback DeShone Kizer.
