Report: Hue Jackson's job safe despite 1-22 record with Browns
Mike DiNovo / USA TODAY Sports
Despite a career 1-22 mark as Cleveland Browns' head coach, Hue Jackson's job appears to be safe.
"I'm told at this point Hue Jackson is safe, even (if there was) an ugly loss (today)," NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said Sunday on "NFL GameDay Kickoff" ahead of the Browns' game against the Minnesota Vikings in London, England.
The Browns narrowly escaped an 0-16 season last year and were 0-7 entering Week 8 this campaign. The winds may change should the losing continue, however.
Jackson has also alternated between quarterbacks DeShone Kizer, Kevin Hogan, and Cody Kessler in recent weeks.
