Warriors throw casual ring ceremony for Nash

Steve Nash skipped the Golden State Warriors' official ring ceremony on opening night because he felt it wouldn't be right to show up.
After all, the two-time MVP failed to capture a championship during his 18 NBA seasons as a player, and finally earned a ring with the Dubs as a player development consultant.
But while Nash downplayed his contributions to the Warriors, members of the organization appreciated them enough to throw the 43-year-old a personal ring ceremony.
