The 29-year-old will debut in an amateur heavyweight bout, according to MMA Fighting's Alexander K. Lee.
Hardy wasn't retained by the Cowboys after the 2015 season. The defensive end was suspended for 10 games after he was found guilty of assaulting a woman and was sentenced to 18 months probation. However, upon appeal, the alleged victim did not appear in court and charges were subsequently retracted.
Hardy was also arrested for cocaine possession in September 2016.
