New England Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore was downgraded to out Saturday for Sunday's game against the New York Jets due to a concussion.
Gilmore was on the injury report during the week but was listed with an ankle issue. He presumably suffered the concussion during practice, though the Patriots didn't announce when the injury occurred.
With Gilmore sidelined, as well as No. 3 cornerback Eric Rowe, the Patriots should start Jonathan Jones alongside Malcolm Butler.
