Patriots' Gronkowski says he's playing Sunday vs. Jets

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski says he will play Sunday versus the New York Jets, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Gronkowski missed the Week 6 Thursday Night game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers due to a thigh injury.

Tight end Dwayne Allen made up the bulk of Gronkowski's playing time last week, but he failed to receive a single target.

Gronkowski had caught 20 of 31 targets for 318 yards and two touchdowns through the first four weeks of the season.
