Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis was all smiles Tuesday while attending the inaugural home opener of the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights.
Davis, who had a seat behind one of the nets, has already committed to relocating the Raiders franchise to Sin City in time for the 2019-20 NFL season.
Per usual, Davis' haircut game was on point.
