Indianapolis Colts running back Frank Gore used a 9-yard run in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers to surpass Eric Dickerson and move into seventh on the all-time rushing yards list.

Gore's pivotal carry came against the team he spent the first 10 years of his career with, racking up eight 1,000-yard rushing seasons. Now in his third year with the Colts, Gore's 3.1 yards per carry entering Week 5 is the lowest average of his career. He still managed to score two touchdowns through his first two games, however.

Gore is 399 yards behind Jerome Bettis for sixth on the list.
