Myles Garrett wants to make an impact in his NFL debut this weekend.

The Cleveland Browns' first overall pick had to sit out the first month of the season with an ankle sprain. He said Friday that he would like to notch a sack against the New York Jets this week, which he considers the highest of honors as a defensive lineman.

"I'd love to,'' Garrett said about scoring a sack Sunday, according to Mark Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com. "It's special. It's like a fat guy's touchdown. But whatever I can do to affect the game and just be a helping hand for this defense, if we can just help get a win on this field, I'll do whatever I can, whatever that takes."

Garrett says he's been warned by teammates not to try to do too much in his first game, and admits that he's a little nervous about meeting high expectations out of the gate, especially without being fully healed from his injury.

"Am I peak? No,'' admitted Garrett. "But it's good enough for me. I can move, I can run, I can bend, and if I can do that, I can be out there and I can make a difference.''
