Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones went to the team's locker room with less than five minutes remaining in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
He suffered a hip injury and is considered questionable to return, according to NFL Network's Andrew Siciliano.
Jones walked to the locker room under his own power but was accompanied by trainers.
The star receiver was dealing with a back injury in practice for most of the week, but was ultimately ruled active. He caught three passes for 30 yards prior to his departure Sunday.
Jones remained in the Falcons' locker room after halftime with what Dave Richard of CBS Sports describes as a hip flexor injury.
