Browns' Garrett questionable, Collins out vs. Bengals

The Cleveland Browns declared No. 1 overall draft pick Myles Garrett questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The team also ruled out linebacker Jamie Collins for the second consecutive game due to a concussion suffered in Week 2. Head coach Hue Jackson made the announcements at his Friday press conference.
Garrett has yet to make his pro debut since picking up an ankle injury at the close of training camp.
Collins suffered the concussion against the Baltimore Ravens and missed last week's game against the Indianapolis Colts as a result.
The Browns are still searching for their first win and will meet their cross-state rivals who are also 0-3 on the season.
