The New England Patriots quarterback found Brandin Cooks for a 25-yard touchdown with 23 seconds left to play to steal a victory from the Houston Texans.

Cooks did an incredible job of getting his feet down to secure the winning grab and keep the Patriots from suffering their second loss of the season.
