Carmelo Anthony very much wants to move on from Manhattan. As soon as possible.

The Knicks star continues to express an urgency to his New York employers to trade him before the start of training camp on Tuesday, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowksi.

The latest report is in line with Friday's news, which had the 33-year-old add the Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City Thunder to the list of teams he'd accept a trade to.

It's no secret the Knicks have been trying to work out a deal, with the Houston Rockets thought to be the front-runner in the 'Melo sweepstakes. However, with no trade yet completed, the former third overall pick in 2003 is broadening his horizons in order to get out of New York.

Anthony averaged 22.4 points, 2.9 assists, and 5.9 rebounds per game last season. His 17.9 player efficiency rating was the third-lowest mark of his career, and his lowest since 2008-09 with the Denver Nuggets.
