Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota left Sunday's game against the Houston Texans in the third quarter with a hamstring injury and is questionable to return, according to Jim Wyatt of the team's website.
Mariota completed six of 10 passes for 96 yards, but he threw two interceptions. He also had four rushing attempts for 39 yards and two touchdowns.
He was replaced by journeyman backup Matt Cassel.
