Is there trouble in paradise for the Golden State Warriors? Kevin Durant insists there isn't.

Chatter of possible discord among the team's top players began recently when Durant indirectly insulted Stephen Curry by saying, "Nobody wants to play in Under Armours." UA poster athlete Curry fired back at his Nike-sponsored teammate, saying Durant's statement "does not ring true at all."

While the two former MVPs have cleared the air since then, Durant was asked if he would've done anything differently.

"No," he told ESPN's Rachel Nichols with a laugh before explaining that his comment didn't cause a rift with Curry.

"We was never in a bad place when I said that," the All-NBA forward said. "So it's like we didn't have to patch anything up. ... Me and Steph, we talked about that. He had a conversation with me about it, and I understood. We moved on."

So why the talk of trouble brewing in Golden State's locker room?

"We the Warriors," Durant said. "Everybody trying to figure out a way to break us up, so they gonna use that too."

The Warriors are coming off a dominant campaign in which they finished with the NBA's best record and steamrolled through the postseason. They went on a historic 16-1 run in the playoffs en route to capturing their second championship in three years. Durant, who signed with the Dubs last summer, capped off his first title win by earning Finals MVP honors.
