Dolphins' Stills questions why more NFLers aren't protesting in Twitter rant

Kenny Stills protested during the national anthem last season, and while he's not doing so this campaign, the Miami Dolphins wide receiver doesn't understand why more NFL players aren't taking some kind of action.

In a Twitter rant Tuesday, Stills called for players who aren't doing their part to fight racial inequality and police brutality to ask themselves what's stopping them:

Still also criticized the NFL for its handling of Colin Kaepernick and the lack of support for his cause:

Stills - winner of the Dolphins' Nat Moore Community Service Award last year - isn't protesting during the anthem this season as he believes the negative attention it brought became the story, rather than the work off the field to help their local communities.

"I just felt like, we're getting more attention for our protests than we were for the actual work we were doing," Stills told Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald in August. "Now, we need to focus on action, and I feel like I’ve done a lot of that last year. I've done everything I can here in this community and I'll continue to do that this year."
