New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. suffered a fractured ankle in Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers, the team confirmed to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

Beckham may require surgery, which Garafolo reports he's expected to undergo as soon as Monday.

Beckham caught five passes for 97 yards and one touchdown before exiting the game with a little over three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. He was carted off in tears and appeared to be in severe pain.

Beckham elevated for an Eli Manning pass, but was hauled down by Chargers cornerback Casey Hayward. Beckham's left ankle was trapped under Hayward as the defender fell on top.

Giants wide receivers Sterling Shepard, Brandon Marshall, and Dwayne Harris had all already left the game with various injuries.

Shepard suffered an ankle injury in the second quarter and was eventually ruled out after being considered questionable when fitted with an air cast.

Marshall suffered a left ankle/Achilles injury after making a fantastic sideline catch. He was carted off immediately as well.

Harris - a depth receiver and primary kick and punt returner - was ruled out with a foot injury.

Roger Lewis is the lone wide receiver on the Giants' official depth chart who's currently healthy. He finished Sunday's game with one 29-yard touchdown reception.
