Report: Saints shopping corner Delvin Breaux

Chuck Cook / USA TODAY Sports

The New Orleans Saints are shopping cornerback Delvin Breaux, Nick Underhill of the New Orleans Advocate reports.

Breaux owns one of the more heartwarming stories in the NFL. A New Orleans native, he suffered a broken neck in high school and spent time in the CFL before landing a job with his hometown team.

He started in every game he played during the 2014 and 2015 seasons, but battled injuries to only suit up for six games last year.

The Saints are said to be frustrated with his injury history, according to Underhill.

New Orleans was in the market for New England Patriots corner Malcolm Butler this offseason and added Marshon Lattimore through the draft.
