Different city, same connection for the Chargers.
L.A. was introduced to its new team Sunday night, as the Chargers took on the Seattle Seahawks in their first preseason game.
And on the first drive of the game, Philip Rivers and Antonio Gates continued to do what they've done for the past 14 years in San Diego: connect for touchdowns.
Rivers found his longtime target for the 5-yard score, with the tight end holding onto the ball despite taking a big hit from Earl Thomas.
